We lost power on Wednesday morning around 10 a.m. and it was restored Saturday late afternoon.
The value of a generator is priceless. The value of access to gas to run generators is also priceless.
Only when you no longer have heat, hot water, refrigerator, microwave, and those other items does one appreciate it. 

The pole in the middle of the picture is the one where the wire was broke. This fog has been dense -- making visibility limited.

Since this picture was taken both apple trees, most the trees had the tops snapped out under the ice.
The snow is deep enough the rabbits are able to climb into the trees and eat the bark off.

The ice was so thick on the power lines.
